Our Infant-Toddler Teachers share a deep understanding of the unique joys, curiosities, and developmental needs of our youngest learners. They provide a nurturing, loving environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Together, they thoughtfully plan meaningful experiences that promote physical growth, social-emotional development, and early cognitive skills.
for lifelong curiosity, confidence, and connection.

Teresa & Elizabeth
Our Older Toddler classroom is a place where children flourish, as Co-Teachers share a deep commitment to creating a loving and stimulating environment. In their classrooms, every area and activity is designed to support movement, foster trusting adult-child relationships, and encourage positive peer interactions. Through responsive caregiving, sensory exploration, and play-based learning, our teachers lay the foundation

We nurture a love for learning by providing children with rich, hands-on opportunities for exploration. Celebrating each child’s individuality, our teachers support both social-emotional and academic growth. Together, they design a robust environment where children are inspired to explore, connect, and thrive. This dynamic approach beautifully integrates the '100 Languages of Children' through an emergent curriculum aligned with the NYC DOE Early Childhood Framework for Quality.

Don't just manage a classroom—inspire curiosity and grow as an educational leader. We are looking for reflective, critical thinkers eager to co-create intentional environments and elevate the future of early childhood education.
At Young Risers, we believe that empowering children starts with empowering our educators. We are looking for thoughtful, growth-minded teachers to join our Reggio-inspired team. As a preferred candidate, you thrive on collaboration—meeting regularly with your team and our Director to review child observations, share work samples, and co-create stimulating environments that honor the '100 Languages.' We want to partner with educators who are eager to build their education, actively participate in professional development, and build lasting, reflective relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Join us in a space where your professional growth is just as valued as the children's.
